Like everyone else, we are loving our neighbours by staying at home and following the government guidelines.

However, these are challenging times and we are keen to help people in anyway we can. Here are some ideas, but if you have others, please do get in touch.

Chat

Lockdown puts social and mental health pressures on us all. Sometimes just chatting can make all the difference. Whether you are confused, lonely or have questions about knowing God, or how a good God could allow suffering, we would love to catch up. If you get in touch we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Prayer

We believe God answers prayer and pray for the Spey Valley often. If you would like us to pray something specifically for you, please use the link to get in touch and tell us how we can pray.

Practical Help

If you are self isolating or alone and vulnerable, getting shopping and medicine can be very difficult. We would refer you to Aviemore Response to COVID-19, which we are pleased to be supporting.
